Tsukitachi (朔) is the First Ship's Captain.
Personality
He is an optimist and who does not worry about the little things. Though he seems easygoing, he has a deep understanding of his surroundings. He often speaks to Hirato, saying "How about we go out together for once!" but always gets turned down.
Other group members think that the reason for this is probably because Hirato is unable to keep up with Tsukitachi's high spirits.
