Appearance
The times Tokitatsu is shown he is often wearing a suit and rectangular glasses, like Hirato. He's tall and is in his thirties.
Personality
Although being a National Defence Compilation Tower Top-rank member, he isn't as strict and stiff as you would expect him to be. He does show an outgoing personality and he states that he also like provoking people, like his brother Hirato.
