Kiharu (麒春 Kiharu?) works under Uro with his partner Kagiri.
Appearance
He is tall, and wears a white long coat with what can only be described as fuschia and orange fur trims over his blue undershirt. He wears a yellow half-vest and exposes his muscular stomach. He has angular, wavy, and wild blue hair, and red (painted?) triangles on his cheeks and nose, as well as red guyliner (appears to be the same material). He wears black dangly earrings made out of tiny, connected, black triangles. He has green eyes which turn black when he changes.

Uro
Kiharu works for Uro and, apparently, is fed by him too. Uro apparently "punishes" them for mistakes, and "rewards" them with food (probably people) when they do something right, for example preventing Circus from obtaining evidence against them to incriminate Kafka.
Kagiri
They are work partners, and Kagiri is the brain while Kiharu is the nut. They are both Varuga and work for Uro. They both strongly respect Uro because he's the one that provides the food, or the people they consume.
