==Appearance==
He is tall, and wears a white long coat with what can only be described as fuschia-and-orange furry boa over his blue undershirt. He wears a yellow half-vest that exposes his muscular stomach. He has rather messy wavy wild blue hair, and red triangles on his cheeks and nose, as well as red eyeliner (appears to be the same substance). He wears black earrings made out of tiny, connected, black triangles. He has green eyes which turn black when he changes into a Varuga.

==Personality==
Kiharu is a generally carefree person. He tends want to break restrictions for the fun of doing something, and acts quite childish at moments, like playing with [[Yukkin]].

==Relationships==
===[[Uro]]===
Kiharu works for Uro and, apparently, is fed by him too. Uro apparently "punishes" them for mistakes, and "rewards" them with food (probably people) when they do something right, for example preventing Circus from obtaining evidence against them to incriminate Kafka.
===[[Kagiri]]===
They are work partners, and Kagiri is the brain while Kiharu is the nut. They are both Varuga and work for Uro.

==Abilities==
Strength - Between himself and Kagiri, Kiharu is the stronger of the pair.  When Yogi calls up to Tsukumo from the bottom of the hole, Kiharu slams a foot (or a fist) into the ground and causes a cave in.  When Kagiri blinds Yogi and Gareki, he attacks Yogi, sliding him across the ground and riding him like a sled in the snow.  When Yogi faints, he comments, "Come on, I haven't even delt the finishing blow."  He survives Silver Yogi's attack and is able to carry both Kagiri (knocked unconcious by the attack) and Tsukumo(whom he knocked out) back to Smokey Mansion on his own.  In Chapter 21, Kiharu is shown being the pack mule, carrying their items on his back.

Speed - Kiharu is just as fast as he is strong.  This is shown during fighting with Yogi and Tsukumo.  It is also shown in chapter 66, when Uro sends Kiharu and Kagiri out shopping with a time limit.  When Kagiri reminds Kiharu of the time limit, Kiharu carries his partner on his back and speeds through the town.  Unfortunately for both of them, they still didn't make it back by the appointed time.
