Kagiri (夏切 Kagiri?) works under Uro with his partner Kiharu.
Appearance
Kagiri wears a white tuxedo with a peacock blue button-down underneath and a purple necktie, all of which he wears casually. He also has a red pouch strapped onto his right thigh, black gloves, and red shoes. He wears red goggles with pink-ish orange lenses, and an open grey half-sweater which comes to the bottom of his chest, with short sleeves. He also has beautiful amber eyes with red glints, as the anime sometimes shows.

Personality
He's very calm and collected and apears to be the smarter one out of him and his partner. He takes interest in finding rare items like clothing to add to his collection of Circus trinkets, and has a fanboy dispostion for the special edition jackets. He's very into technology and is seen playing a video game alot while his partner is talking, mostly because he's a boss and he knows it.
Relationships
Kiharu
Kiharu is his partner, they both love looking for rare items and love having fun unless their boss, Uro, is looking after them.
Uro
Kiharu and Kagiri work for Uro, who gives them the people they eat. He punishes them by withholding food and rewards them with food.
Abilities
Rasudan Bug - In Anime Episode 8, the when Kagiri and Kiharu are first introduced, Kagiri uses this technique to blind Gareki and Yogi. He shouts the attack's name and releases a flash of light from his hand held game. When Gareki and Yogi loose their vision, he explains that this technique is sending out a special rhythm of light signal which is being transmitted to their brains, temporarily, yet effectively blinding them. This technique has not been used in the Manga, as the fight between Yogi, Gareki, Kagiri, and Kiharu was an anime exclusive scene.
