Incure is an almighty cell that is inserted inside Circus I.D.s and materialized Circus' power.[1]

In Vinto, Engraved Lakes, there are creature living in the lakes and in order to survive a harsh environment with no food and little resources, they had to adapt. They achieved a metamorphosis that specialized in regeneration and energy production. All of their other functions retrogressed as a sacrifice. While researching, Circus came upon them and picked out their specialized cells. They eventually inserted the cells inside Circus I.D.s. It allows them to fly, which was originally what Gareki wondered.
